Create, Make & Mingle Workshop & Camp Waiver
By registering for this workshop/camp, I understand and agree:
- My child may participate in painting, resin, glue, and craft activities.
- Resin, paints, and crafting supplies may stain clothing.
- Create, Make & Mingle is not responsible for allergic reactions, damaged clothing, or minor injuries related to normal craft activities.
- I understand projects may use resin, adhesives, crushed glass, paint, scissors, and other art materials.
- My child should follow studio safety instructions at all times.
- Campers are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, other campers, and studio materials.
- Create, Make & Mingle reserves the right to contact a parent/guardian for early pickup if a camper is repeatedly disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, or unable to follow studio rules and instructions. No refunds will be issued for dismissals due to disruptive behavior.
- Campers may not leave the studio without parent/guardian permission unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- Photos of finished projects and hands-at-work may be used for social media/marketing unless otherwise requested.
Our goal is to create a fun, safe, and creative environment for everyone attending camp!
